The patient portal – called Follow My Health – is a secure, convenient and free way for existing patients to manage their personal health care information at Washington University School of Medicine. Through Follow My Health, you may use a computer, tablet, or an app on your smartphone to:

• Communicate with your doctor’s office
• View your test results
• Request appointments and refill prescriptions
